How to Power ZeroKey Devices On and Off

The Universal Mobile, Universal Anchor, and Wristband all use rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Properly powering these devices on and off ensures optimal battery usage and device longevity.

Powering On

  1. Quickly press and release the power button.

  2. You will see the LED light up briefly, followed by a red LED, which will only remain illuminated unless the device is low on battery.

Powering Off

  1. Press the power button.

  2. The red LED will light up.

  3. Release the power button when the red LED fades. The powering off process should take one second or less.
